GP60 FOAM PUMP 

Trident GP Series GP60 rotary gear, positive displacement foam pump. 85 GPM [320 LPM] @ 100 PSI [7 BAR]. Bronze pump body and heads - compatible with all types and viscosities of foam concentrates. 17-4PH stainless steel pump shafts – greater strength and corrosion resistance. Splash oil lubricated timing gear drive system for run dry capability – no rotor-to-rotor contact. Double row sealed, spherical roller bearings - superior shaft/rotor support. Mechanical pump seals – eliminates leaky lip seals and shaft corrosion. EPDM square body to heads seals – eliminates leaky paper gaskets. Standard 2” pipe groove (Victaulic™) piping connections. 5-year limited Trident Pump Warranty.

HONDA RELIABILITY 

The pump is powered by a Honda GX390 11.7HP air-cooled gasoline powered 4-stroke over head valve engine. A 1.6 gallon fuel tank utilizing 86 or higher octane gas allows for an approximate 1-1/2 hour engine run time at full power – pumping approximately 7500 gallons [28,400 liters] of foam concentrate on one tank of fuel.

Features a built-in 2:1 gear reduction unit, recoil rope starter, centrifugal clutch…

Shaft coupling and centrifugal clutch in one unit. Clutch disengages at idle for easy no-load starting, automatically engages at higher speeds. Has a 3-year limited Honda Engine Warranty.

PIPING OPTIONS 

‣ 2" Male Plug Camlock Connections at pump suction and discharge. With 1" relief valve loop back to suction and pressure gauge. Relief valve set pressure of 125 PSI [8.5 BAR]. Part number for this Connection Package is 27.021.0.

‣ 2" Storz connections at pump suction and discharge. With 1" relief valve loop back to suction and pressure gauge. Relief valve set pressure of 125 PSI [8.5 BAR]. Part number for this Connection Package is 27.021.1.

‣ 4" Storz connections at pump suction and discharge. With 1" relief valve loop back to suction and pressure gauge. Relief valve set pressure of 125 PSI [8.5 BAR]. Part number for this Connection Package is 27.021.2.
